Mark qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in 1999 at which point he chose to specialise in Corporate Finance. Mark has been involved in a broad range of corporate finance work, including company sales, MBOs, fund raising and stock exchange work and has a particular interest in due diligence assignments.
