Yeovil Business Breakfast
We all have an interest in property, especially in the areas we live and work. You may like to understand how your own property or any future investment will be affected by the result of the election. This breakfast will give you the opportunity to find this out.
Our guest speaker for the morning will be Nigel Jones from Chesterton Humberts. He will be accompanied by a panel of representatives from Battens, Old Mill and HSBC, who as well as giving a brief update on their property related areas, will predominantly be available to answer questions.
Speakers include
Nigel Jones, Partner at Chesterton Humberts, will discuss current commercial and residential property, focussing in particular at the local market in Yeovil.
Jill Cochrane, Director of the Residential Property Team at Battens Solicitors, will give an update on current property issues affecting conveyancing matters.
Jolyon Stonehouse, Managing Partner at Old Mill, will discuss business issues and tax matters surrounding property.
David Toan, Deputy Director Real Estate for the West and Wales at HSBC, will give a brief overview of how the bank are seeing the real estate market in the South West.
A cooked breakfast will be provided and we will aim to conclude by 9.30am.
