Chaired by Jane Guise, Chief Executive of the Royal Bath and West Society.

Alastair Martin, Senior Partner at Carter Jonas. Alastair will be covering the variety of property on the modern farm and issues around valuation
Mike Butler, Head of Rural Services at Old Mill. Mike will be looking at issues around IHT Agricultural Property Relief and its future. He will also explore the connected subjects of Capital Gains Tax and the taxation of furnished holiday lets.
Tom Hewitt, Partner at Burges Salmon. Tom will update us on some important recent judgements on IHT Business Property Relief, the possibility of making gifts and the use of trusts and exploring the thorny issue of matrimonial asset protection.
